Ask how your week went. It reads the runs, not your diary.
Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant once, and it can look at how your routines actually went, write you a checklist and start it on your phone, or plan tomorrow. You type a code on your phone instead of making an account.
What you kept up, what you skipped, and the step you always put off.
Every run you finish leaves a short line in your history: which routine, when it started, whether it finished, and which steps were walked past or moved to the end. An assistant can ask your phone for those lines over a week, a month or three, and tell you what they say.
It is the answer a streak counter cannot give. Not "you missed Tuesday", but "Stretch is the step you walk past most: three runs in five".
Tell it what you are about to do. The steps are on your Lock Screen.
Testing a build, packing for a trip, the first hour of a move: say it in a sentence, look over the steps it writes, and say go. The run starts on your phone with the first step in hand, and it stays out of your routines unless you decide to keep it.
- 1Describe it.
“Make me a checklist for testing tonight’s build, about forty minutes.”
- 2Look it over.
It shows you the steps, with minutes where a step takes time. Change what is wrong in the same chat.
- 3Say go.
The run begins on your phone, with its card on the Lock Screen and Next on the watch.
- 4Keep it, or not.
A one-off run vanishes into your history. One worth repeating is kept from its own page.
Realistic, because it has read what you actually do.
Ask for tomorrow and it looks at your routines and at what the last week shows you keep up. It suggests an order, and plans the runs you agree to for the time you say: they appear on your phone as Planned and begin at their moment.
“Where am I?” works the same way during the day: one line per run that is going, and an offer to move it on, pause it or put a step off.
Where your runs stand. Not what you wrote on them.
An assistant reads your routines, where each run stands and the short history above. Your notes and values stay closed unless you turn on Read notes and values for that assistant. Each answer comes from your phone and passes through our relay without being kept.
What it writes — a new routine, a change — waits for you in In hand, unless you tell it to save without asking. Starting, planning and pausing runs happen at once, because each is undone with a tap.
